APPEALS DECISION against THE TOWN
Our Grandparents/Parents left us with a parcel of property with two old houses on the land that has been in the family for more than 150 yrs. I pay the taxes, mow the lawn. My family and I want to demolish those two old houses and re-build. A former Head of Planning/Zoning gave us permission to do what we wanted, and now the the new establishment has renige on the issue. The Town is trying to wrestle our property out of our hands by deeming it abandoned. I don't know any good, tough lawyers where I live and we are going to court very soon. I am looking to JESUS to see us out of this difficult situation. Please help me and my family to come out victorious, so I won't loose our family place.
