We Believe There Is A Sun Even If It’s Not Shining.
The life of faith is the only way to live. When I open the faucet each morning, I trust that it’s water that will come out and not poison. I just have to live in trust. At night the sun shines somewhere in the globe but not where I am. I know it exists even if it’s not shining.
Lord, strengthen my belief. At times I may not feel your presence or your love, but I believe you are there loving me. I believe that human nature is basically good. Let me see only the best in others and what they really want to be. Let me see a glorious butterfly in every lowly caterpillar, a saint in every innocent child, a brilliant sun lurking in the deepest darkness and your gentle finger in every twist and turn in my life.
